The Motion photo tour plus is a step up from the motion photo tour by adding a walk thru of the entire home and adding the HDR technology allowing your potential buyers to see outside the windows as well as seeing the inside of the home in one image. At Spotlight we pride ourselves with not shooting distorted panoramic tours. Our motion scenes are able to display the entire room without having to sacrifice quality. The Motion photo tour plus highlights four main areas of the property with a motion scene as well as one walk thru motion tour. The additional photos are used to cover other areas of the property.
- All photos available to download in high & low resolution
- Property must be ready to shoot prior to the appointment
- No additional software is needed to view virtual tours
- Photographer will choose the shots at his or her own discretion unless otherwise requested by agent.
- Properties outside spotlights coverage area maybe charged a travel fee. The office will contact you about the fee required based on mileage. Check coverage area here.

24 Hour cancellation policy
There is a $50 cancellation policy if the tour is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment unless due to rain or snow. A cloudy day is not considered weather related.
Return Policy
All sales final No refunds available.
Warranty
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If we can not resolve an issue through editing we will schedule a re shoot of the property.
