The Cinematic Lifestyle Tour uses enhanced video editing and music to highlight the unique perspectives and features of the home. If you want to wow your clients and potential buyers this is the tour for that.
- All photos available to download in high & low resolution
- Property must be ready to shoot prior to the appointment
- No additional software is needed to view virtual tours
- Photographer will choose the shots at his or her own discretion unless otherwise requested by agent.
- Properties outside spotlights coverage area maybe charged a travel fee. The office will contact you about the fee required based on mileage. Check coverage area here.

24 Hour cancellation policy
There is a $50 cancellation policy if the tour is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment unless due to rain or snow. A cloudy day is not considered weather related.
Return Policy
All sales final No refunds available.
Warranty
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If we can not resolve an issue through editing we will schedule a re shoot of the property.
