HOW DOES IT WORK?

please be sure that your photographer provides those type of images. Resolution of photography needs to be at least 2200px x 1300 px at 72 dpi. Don't hesitate to call with any technical questions. Please be sure to provide us a link and access to be able to download your existing photography.
PHOTOGRAPHY: We begin right-away with the coordination of photography, (or use of existing depending upon your product selection). The actual photography of the home, including its character-level features coverage, will be scheduled to best benefit the directional facing and affect of the natural lighting that exists. Our coverage is substantial, so we submit an online review of the photography and will from your selection of a portion of the images for use in the MLS / Realtor.com, send you or your assistant the correct sized photographs.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION: When we have the photography, and final verbiage we begin the design work of the website, setting the initial creative direction and the marketing message and theme of the website after reviewing the marketing thrust with your professional guidance. We also can assist with some aspects of copy writing. Our productions are individually designed and contain graphic created elements of the home featuring the architectural style, and other selling and character features.
PROOFING YOUR CUSTOM WEBSITE: Within our identified production time frames, you will see the proof of the website. At that point it will be live ONLINE for your review, BUT we will not push live to the public (connecting to all the Real Estate Search portals), until you have made final approval of our work. Your alterations, if any, should be sent to us via our email. These alterations will be made promptly so we can get your custom website LIVE to the public, and connected throughout the various portals.
PLEASE NOTE -- the quality of our production is directly related to the quality of your input. The copy you submit for use in the website should be perfected when you submit. Alterations AFTER WE GO LIVE should be avoided if at all possible. There may be a cost associated with extensive alterations after an approved website is launched.
NOTE: In our first project together, we typically provide you an initial proof of the design direction, theme, and website navigation structure. Should we earn your repeat business this step may be eliminated to help expedite turn around times.
SUPERIOR INTERNET PRESENCE FOR A SUPERIOR INTERNET PRESENTATION: With your final approval on the completed design, we complete the production and programming posting the site live. At this point we make all the necessary connections to the real estate search portals, including your personal website, your Brokerage's website, realtor.com, and the MLS's IDX feeds.
With its completion and linkage, our custom website serves up throughout the Brokerage community's websites, and National Real Estate Search sites as the Virtual Tour.
WEBSITE ACTIVITY REPORTS: We can also provide you reports of the activity of the visits to your custom website, detailing how many page views to each of the pages of the site, as well as the average time spent on each page.
