For those who are familiar with Hillside's Virtual Office product, we're pleased to announce that Virtual Office 10 is being made available to Metrolist members, at no additional cost. This newest member benefit will be available January 4, 2012.
Metrolist Virtual Office will be available in the webserver format only; the desktop version will not be available for download. If you are a current Virtual Office subscriber, be sure to download the newest version on January 4, 2012 to access real-time MLS listings from Metrolist. Listings from IRES and PPAR will also be available in Metrolist Virtual Office.
Some of the features you'll get include:
- MLS searching capabilities, including listings from IRES and PPAR
- Client Alert Emails – send emails to your customers and clients for new listings, price changes, status updates, and when virtual tours or photos are added to listings
- Easy CMA – automatically download the correct price Adjustment based on the area where your subject property is located
- Personal Market Wizard – online reports provide interactive maps, property photos and descriptions along with area trends to your contacts
Virtual Office is available to Metrolist members only, and is included with the monthly maintenance fee for MLS services.

Microsoft® no longer provides "Windows Updates" for Windows 98. Additionally, Win95, WinNT and WinME are no longer maintained by Microsoft. Metrolist Virtual Office 10 WILL NOT work with these unsupported operating systems, as well as Windows 2000.
It is suggested that you regularly run "Microsoft® Windows Updates". It is important to install these updates, as they often contain critical security patches. These updates are easy to get; simply click on the "Tools" menu bar at the top of Internet Explorer, then click "Windows Update." When you are on the "Microsoft Windows Update" main page, simply follow the instructions.
