The weekly foreclosure list is provided as an Excel file, easily opened by a variety of spreadsheet software programs including Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice.org Calc, Microsoft Works Spreadsheet, etc.
Each Friday a new Foreclosure list will be made available. When the new list is posted you will receive an email containing a link to download the file. Alternatively, the most recently purchased file is always available by logging in to your Metrolist Marketplace account under My Downloads.
