This photography package is great for average size single family homes, or larger condos that have larger amenities.

All tours include:

• Virtual tour link for agent and company use

• High resolution images for your print marketing needs
• Low resolution images for web placement
• Standard editing of all images including color correction, removal of lens distortion and basic removal of home blemishes.

*$19.95 fee will be charged to non-showcase members for upload of tour to Realtor.com

All film is digital.

All tours are optimized for all internet browsers as well as Mobile and Tablet devices.

All tours are hosted, free of charge, for the duration of the home listing.

Agent must contact Luminance Tours directly to update any tour changes to the property. i.e. price change, MLS number change.

Mileage rates may apply for tours outside the 470 corridor.

Home must be in photographic ready condition prior to photographer arriving to property. Additional fees/tour rescheduling may apply to homes not in photographic ready condition.

Shipping/Fulfillment

• Agent will be contacted within 24 hours of tour placement (usually within a few hours) to schedule tour.
• While most images are delivered in 24 hours, there may be rare instances where images will be delivered in 48 hours.The agent will be notified at the time of the shoot if images will not be delivered in 24 hours.
• Photography will be delivered via a secured link where you will be directed to download the images. Images will be provided in high resolution and low resolution for printing and web placement.   
• Tours will be uploaded to Metrolist/Realtor.com* and live on LuminanceTours.com within 24/48 hours of the shoot.

*$19.95 fee will be charged to non-showcase members for upload of tour to Realtor.com


Terms

All images received are for the sole purpose of marketing specifically ordered property. Images may be used for internet placement, flyer, post card or other means of marketing as seen fit by real estate agent. Images may not be reproduced for purposes other than marketing of said property. Editing of images is strictly prohibited except for resizing or cropping purposes. Upon 60 days of sale of said property, all rights to images will expire and become property of Luminance Tours. Sale, trade or further distribution of images outside of above mentioned company, including but not limited to Co-op is strictly prohibited without written permission from Luminance Tours.

   Cancel Policy:

• $50 fee for tours canceled/postponed day of tour.
• $100 fee for tours canceled/postponed within 2 hours of scheduled tour.
• $150 fee for homes not in photographic ready condition upon arrival of photographer and tour needs to be rescheduled.
• Weather related incidents will not be charged.
