Provide the Green Features Addendum (GFA) for your listings effortlessly and risk-free. With our services, you and your seller will get:
- A certified energy auditor who will perform an onsite assessment of the property to determine if the property has energy-efficient or green features.
- The energy auditor will complete the Green Field Addendum (GFA) for to reflect the features found.
- And then the auditor will provide the completed GFA to you via email.
The certified energy auditor will need full access to property - all living areas, basement, crawlspace, attic, mechanical room, appliances, exterior HVAC unit, roof, and garage. Ideally, product manuals for appliances and mechanical equipment will be available, but is not required. Property owner or listing broker must be present at the property during the assessment.
The completed Green Field Addendum form will be sent via email to the broker within 24 hours of the initial assessment; or within 24 hours from receipt of all information needed to complete the addendum,provided to the energy auditor.
